Ipswich - two bikes stolen

So I woke up yesterday to discover that both my usable bikes had been stolen from my padlocked garden shed

Triban 3 in red. Distinctive features are SPD pedals, red bar tape, considerable damage to hood of right brake/shifter unit.
Rockrider 5.2 in black. Distinctive features are two 'BIKE PUNX' stickers, one on crossbar one on down tube.
If you see 'em let me know.
