Scabby chips are in Brodick outside the ferry terminal.
Dunno about "bad"; I believe that it was @Louch and @tug benson who discovered them on the first CC Ecosse ride - they've become a bit of a tradition (one that needs to go away IMO)

I much prefer the coffee shop next door!

Don't we all, dude, don't we all. Last time I was on the bike was the CC Ecosse Round the Tay ride.

I've been out twice in the last six weeks . Cack weather, a stinker of a cold that lasted two weeks, work getting in the way, laziness, etc. etc..
On the plus side, my hip is much better, and will hopefully allow the serious training to start soon for the PFS 100. Beware; @Pat "5mph" .

Finally got back on the bike today after three weeks aff it...felt good, even if my ears were a little chilly!

(I probably undid any positive benefit though, by having chips and cheese for lunch!)
