; and Decathlon neoprene gloves are good! TBH though, wet weather cycling is just miserable and to be avoided if at all possible. I just don't get some of the members on here who claim to enjoy it; it's not a case of MTFU - it's just that cycling in nice weather compared to wet weather is like comparing night and day. 'Tis not for me
