Not for us with a half marathon Sunday if I finish it quick I guess I could cycle later in the day....incentive enough

SMASH IT on the bike ALL WEEK and then turn up and walk the 13.1 miles heh heh heh

Stamped all over the Bathgate Alps today, a good 46 mile, the Bathgate Alps chewed me up and spat me out like a was nothing...Still carrying a bit to much weight and still finding my climbing legs...I will back up there to better my times soon enough.

Just a quick hello before another wee stint of work ....
Have been looking longingly out the office window a few times today ... far too busy with the next stage of this bl***y report that's been the bane of the last few weeks. The commute this morning was gorgeous though, I just wanted to carry on straight past the office and head for the hills proper .

Lots of gritters out in force a couple of hours ago, clear skies ... more frost tomorrow morning?

Fair weather cyclists, pah (not the mega-milers, obviously)!

+ lunch hour = for our @edindave - while others of us chose a more 'sedate' pace, as Mrs Scoosh and I daundered along the Silverknowes Esplanade today.
