Up nice and early for the Grand Prix...Had my neice staying with us last night, as soon as she heads home i`ll get my dogs walked then i should get out on the bike today..Looks grey and horrible out there just now...it was the same yesterday, when i went over the top of Sheriffmuir to Blackford the weather closed in on me and it was rubbish for cycling, then the wind all the way from Dunblane to Alloa just killed me, didn`t help that i had just done 2 climbs up Sheriffmuir...I ended up using the cycle path home and i usually only use that if my legs are feeling it.

Its meant to burn away about lunchtime, I'm hoping to get out then, make most of 745 sunset tonight

I headed out yesterday with intention to do Cleish, but wind changed plan. I'm still too fat and slow to take on logie kirks narrow lane of a road

Rode 15 miles, Snapped chain as I took on a small ascent on way into Cowie, fell,bike seems to be ok, im ok, @mr messy may have my chain tool from Dollar RV I think, rescued, get out minibus,my phone falls and screens in bits.

Troon and back today. The way there was VERY fun - blown at speed all the way there. The back... not so much.

Off to bed soon, feel rather jet-lagged from the 1-hour time difference which is silly ... will be hard work getting up early in the morning, have to leave the house at 6:30 summer time , for work travel. Not my usual rolling out of bed and on the bike for a few days, unless I manage to rent a bike for a couple of hours on the last morning , before catching my flight back home at lunchtime ...

To Athens for a project meeting, never been to Greece before .
Tomorrow is travelling all day, Tue/Wed very busy working, Thu morning is all mine , have a wee look at this!
