Well that was a wet, muddy ride around the forth..

- spring is definitely here now
. The Forth was almost flat calm
, something I hadn't seen in a while. I tried a few new (to me) roads, found a bakery in Pathead that does very nice scones. I was getting very hungry by that stage
and still had a few wee hills to climb. I got soaked during the middle bit of the ride, but was dried out again by the time I got home, after 58k in total.
early on, then dry for the rest
- and we've had no rain this arvo here in Trinity
...
I'm off from next Friday for 10 day if you fancied a day over thereI need a bike ride today, I don't care about the weather.
The hills of Arran are calling to me. They say "Ed, you are fat and unfit, I bet you can't get over any of us! HA HA HA!"
Man, I hate those guys.

Sounds good, but I've already set up the Garmin, done my stretches and will be leaving shortly... I'll be on the 8:40 train from Glasgow Central to Ardrossan. (although I'll be getting on at Paisley because I'm crazy, yo)I'm off from next Friday for 10 day if you fancied a day over there![]()
