When you buy a bike that weighs about 12grams but you need a lock that weighs 14 kilos to keep it safe.

Some wise chap suggest that all bikes weigh 50lbs.
ie if you've a 30lb bike, then you need a 20lb lock to secure .
20lbs bike needs a 30lbs lock and so on.

And a 50lb bike doesn't need a lock
