Is Dahon Cadenza dangerous?

Hello guys,
Im new, and interested in metal problems on bike designs. The threads :
broken dahon, broken ankle

Dahon Cadenza Forks Snapped

are horrifying and interested me to look for more problems in this bike.
Before, I was interested to get one, a folding urban bike. Now I have to think again...
All these accidents have resulted in devastating injuries (will be worsen for those with osteoporosis ).
Do we have more problems on its reliability?
Unlike cars I haven’t heard any recall nor class action suite on bikes. But maybe it’s just me.
Anybody heard more disaster with this bike ?
Maybe good and bad fabrication year (like cars,like wines)?

I can find only a single post ever on this, 5y ago, pertaining a bike having a prior damage to its fork. Are you trying to make up something?
