Well it went exactly as planned...beers in the local then back to ours for Jools, drinks, dancing, singing etc

Unexpected highlight was getting a minivan taxi home and it was one of those set up for Hen/Stag parties. We got the driver to crank up the sound system and get all the nightclub-type lighting going. Tearing around Glossop with the music blaring out and the disco ball spinning was quite a laugh

I was in bed by about 11.15pm - I am at work today tho'

I'm a night owl anyway and still a good couple of hours away from heading off to the Land of Nod. Am sitting here watching the bongs and the fireworks on the telly, but the evening's been no different from a usual saturday night; onesie, tea, cake, kitty cuddles, surfing the internet and a dvd.

Parties aren't my thing, I'm afraid.

We went to bed about 10:30, asleep by 11ish then some twunt across the road set off fireworks at midnight. Prat. I hope his ears turn to ar5e40les and he 5h!t5 all down his neck.
