I think murdering people just one at a time is just inconvenient. If it was legal to kill people, I would just gather a collection of people who dont matter/arent wanted and then just kill them when they are not expecting it. I think that would be a bit more humane.

On a serious note, I do think that we need to change something with the growing population. Or soon we will end up being just like China (only 1 child to a family and then have a massive cost for having another one).
We need to either stop the population growing, or just start getting rid of the same amount of people who are born.

Its only a small patio , not sure I'd get away with more than 5, not without it being a bit lumpy

A couple of big wars every century is probably the way to go if we want to control population growth.

No, it's not legal. However, under such circumstances the dibble will usually turn a blind eye to a few blows to the kidneys or a rubber hose across the soles of the feet.
