The details are complex, I was giving the bite-sized media friendly version for tomorrow's headlines. :laugh:

The smokiness of the "legaility" is, IMO, shown by the unwillingness of organisations to try and give a definitive answer.

Everyone does it, Sky+ and many other recording devices sell themselves on the benefits of doing so and the reality is that an individual is very unlikely to get prosecuted for doing it (or downloading YouTube videos) for non-commercial purposes.

Confused ,but not bothered .

I have been messing around on YouTube this morning deleting .
And across the top of one of my favourite songs .Came, download this video .It goes onto a playlist which is part of the YT .

Up pops something called realtime player another window .Guess what comes up on that.?


Download to Apple ipod .????? er excuse me .
