A couple of years ago I was outside giving the car a wash, when this chap come slowly walking up the road looking at the houses. He then came up to me and asked if I knew if any of these houses were for sale. Apparently he liked the area and was willing to pay £500,000 cash for one. I think he might have been Russian.
