I haven't eaten any sprouts since I was about 10. I had a large pile of them on my plate which I did not want to eat. After a lot of persuading, I managed to chew and swallow them. A few minutes later they were all back on my plate! xx( That was the last time anyone attempted to coerce me into eating something I didn't like.

Love em, the wife goes nuts for them.
Just boiled, preferably so they're slightly underdone for me, definately nfor the wife.

Just in the supermarket Weds...loose sprouts, lovely and dark green, £1 per kilo...or packaged, prepared, peeled...£2 per kilo.
Its a no brainer...loose every time, they just look better and you're not getting ripped off.

Anyone who doesn't like The King of Vegetables is likely to be ricketty, anemic, spotty, have liver and kidney problems, be knock-kneed and probably slow witted to boot. FACT.

nah. disagree. eldest loves them youngest hates em. both are nowhere near ricketty anaemic , eldest is spotty but thats hormones raging through the body

Now, who will be the first forumite to put a Santa hat on their avatar?

That's so last year!

Last night I was confronted with a huge display of hot cross buns as I entered the Owlcotes branch of Asda.

Are Cadbury's Creme Eggs available?
