Is it worth complaining about a taxi driver?

I love a good moan, if you hadn't noticed, but I'm wondering if it would serve any purpose to complain about a taxi driver?
I was cycling through the retail park near work and a taxi pulls out in front of me. Close but not that close. I followed him to the last turn, it's a quite sharp left and he was going at 4 mph for some reason. I stayed behind him up to the exit - one lane in, two lanes out and he's in the middle looking like he's going to go to the left, but just as I start to pass him so I can go right, he puts his indicator on and moves over slightly. Slap bang in the middle of both lanes, not only irritating me but also the driver behind me who couldn't go to the right because of him. Then he drives off so so slowly.
He can't have gone over 20mph as he stayed in sight for ages, I slowed right down because I didn't want to catch up to him on any other corner or turn.
Clearly drunk, right??
Actually, reading it back, I don't know what I'm complaining about he was just annoying. lol.

I once got some serious grief of a taxi driver while cycling. I complained to the firm who just laughed it off. I wasn't happy, so i ordered a fleet of taxis and mini buses to come and collect my 30 or so fictitious mates who i said were going out for the night. It was a delight to watch all those irate taxi drivers arrive at the pick up point to find no one there. I then phoned the firm to explain my actions. They weren't too pleased!!

I had a taxi pulled something similar on a steep hill where I work.

He would pull ahead then stop and pull off slowly to annoy me. Then stopped finally on the junction before charging off.

Superb fun. Sent a copy of the video complimenting his driving and how he was a shining example to his colleagues who regularly speed along this road.
