Is my new bike too big?

According to pics and according to the charts, size is a spot on.

I can't touch the floor on none of mine bikes and as someone said you should get the seat to higher position so that you have a slight bend of the knee when you put the heel on the lowest level.

this is my first hybrid bike and it still feels like a horse.

What previous bikes have you had?

Hybrid will feel radically different to a road bike.

Well I feel rather embarrased. Once i unboxed the bike, i paniced as it looked massive. Being a roadie, I did not expect the handlebar to be at nearly chest height.

The good news is I have now ridden it a few miles. The saddle is still too low and I need to raise it. The bike actually feels fine to ride, and I think a Large may have been too small.

All I can say is WOW! An ebike is a revelation. just anoying that the motor cuts out at 15.5mph.

You can still pedal to make it go faster
