Is there a lightweight, upright, compact bike that's not a folder?

Because I don't necessarily need a folding bike, I just like how compact and light they are, the riding position, the adjustable one-size-fits-all setup of seat and handlebars, I like how 20 inch wheels of a dahon steer on terrain. Is there something out there like this that doesn't fold? Not necessarily with smaller wheels.

New:
Moultons (I'll assume you're more TSR than New Series budget.....)
Cannondale Hooligan
Many, many Asian mini-velos in all manner of spec (import your own or see this lot for a small UK-stocked selection).

Second-hand:
All of the above.
Dahon Hammerhead and Groove
Giant Escape Mini

Folders are a lot more widely available though- and you don't actually need to fold it to enjoy riding it!

I'd have a look at the Decathlon B'Fold bikes. Nice to ride, but (as one who had a fight with our one last Friday) a bit of a PITA to fold neatly and bag up. The singlespeed one is well worth £140.
Failing that, an old Raleigh 20?
