As the title asks is there a problem at the moment or is it just me.

Web sites like BBC radio doesn't open properly (everything is in one column down the left of the screen) and I cannot get any of the "listen again's" to play or even through I-Player. My talktalk e-mail has to open in a simpler version.

Cycle Chat has the box that opens when you click on the drop down arrow at the side of my "signed in as " permanantly showing. Other sites don't work either but everything works perfectly on Internet Explorer.

I like Chrome as it was much faster and slicker. I tried re-loading it and even deleted it and downloaded again, logged out, rebooted and even left my laptop off over night but still the same this morning. I even did a "Restore settings" back to Wednesday last week but to no avail.

Is it me or is there a problem with Google Chrome. If it's me can anyone suggest another way to tackle this problem.

Same version I have.

Here is link I have to BBC Radio site http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/. I do not have any other ways of adding this link all tools for inserting links, pictures etc have gone. Emoticons have disappeared from the box on the right and I now only have basic group at bottom of message. Enable emoticons is ticked but they don't show even clicking Show All. Just done a re-install of chrome and no different.

On the Google home page if I click "Go to Google UK" the Google logo disappears leaving only the letters UK but the logo comes back if I then ckick "Go to Google.com"

I've eventually managed to get it working properly. I had to remove it again and reinstall yet again. I think there may have been some sort of corruption/conflict somewhere. Plus every other time I did a reinstall I got some kind of error.

As much as I hate Microsoft's internet explorer, it the only one I can consistently get to work with BBC iplayer (maybe because I am abroad). Frequently with both Chrome and Firefox, the plug-in loads, but the stream doesn't actually start. this morning, even with IE, the iplayer stream for R4 sounded like a speach-impaired dalek.

I actually often listen to BBC radio using an iphone/ipod touch app called fstream. This uses the old real audio feeds - which still work fine. In fact probably due to low load they are consistently more reliable than iplayer.

You might also be able to use these still in realaudio on your pc/mac if for some reason iplayer is on the blink:
