Is there a Thread for Those of Us What Race?

I've had a look around and I can't see any threads for those amongst us who road race. If there is one, can someone point me at it please.

If there isn't one, is there any interest in setting one up?

I have seen threads for specific races in the Time Trial, Long Distance & Endurance forum. Maybe you should start a generic thread there?

I will report this post and ask for the forum to be renamed to Time Trial, Road Racing, Long Distance & Endurance.

And while you're at it it might be worth having a separate thread for British Cycling, TLI and British Masters racing. The BC races I would guess most people are aware of but it wouldn't surprise me if there are a few on here who race in the TLI/British Masters events.

I mainly race BMCR and TLI, with the occasional BC race. Do you do race BMCR and TLI?

And Youth racing? OK, not me, but a very active boy.

I'm involved in racing, but just standing there with a lollipop stopping traffic.

I should be cleared to start racing from the end of June and be back to track league from September. There's no specific track racing thread.

I race all the losers who are slower than me on my commute. Obviously this doesn't include the wannabies and cheaters who are faster than me on my commute. Nor the people at the same speed as me on my commute - what am I....your mate??

Raced both but now 68 and I still ride but for comfort not speed any more lol. I still try and follow what's going on during the season via their FB pages. Both terrific organisations and very well organised. I raced for 11 years and packed in 8 years ago. I helped jointly organise a number of TLI races and enjoyed that immensely 👍

I will put it on the to do list for Shaun.
Meanwhile, yes, posting road races on the time trials etc. forum will do.

Please feel free to do this, until we edit the title of the time trials, long distance, endurance section.
