is there any problem in the frame?

hi ,
I am new in this forum even its my first time in any bicycle forum. I am from Bangladesh. I want to buy the cycle but can you guys please help me if there is any problem in the marked pic (left side pic is normal but right side is new to me)?
i even uploaded the full picture of the bike.

The welds are not as smooth on the first photo but i wouldn't see that as a problem, just less pleasing to the eye.

I can see what you are questioning.

The left hand frame when considering it in engineering terms is a better construction as all the tube centre lines coincide.

The right hand frame seat stays do not.

Who knows if it will make any difference in the real world?

I'd have the silver black one,as it looks better in both respects.
