Viking is the least of my problems, the site is in Russian, and it looks like the listing has been taken down?

No personal experience of Vikings, but they are very much at the lower end of the market. This doesn't mean they are bad per se, but it will be heavy and have basic components.

It'll get you around, but you'll not be winning any races on it.
