Is this good buy?

Saw this at a Vide Grenier (french version of a car boot sale). Could not resist it, bargained down from 200 to 100 euros. Not sure of age, but average condition (loads of scratches, but no dents or cracks). Spec is:

Bianchi SL Lite Alloy Reparto Corse frame
Bianchi SL carbon forks
Ultegra front mech and cranks
Ultegra Flight Deck shifters
BBB Fastbar
ITM stem
105 brakes
105 FD5500 front derailleur
105 RD5500 rear derailleur

No wheels, seatpost or saddle. Is this a good buy, and will I have to spend a lot to get it up to scratch. The gears seem silky smooth and the cables seem almost new. The shifters are scratched up and the plastic covers are broken (can you replace these?), but they work fine.

Kind of excited because I've always fancied building up a bike, and it was a good excuse to buy n+1 (told the wife that I could do it up and make some money by selling it on:whistle:).

What do you think? Anymore info. about it gratefully received.

Thanks guys. Are the shifters really worth that much in that condition? I don't think I will ever use the bike myself as the frame is a tad small for me, but would it be better to strip it down and sell the various parts or buy wheels and a seatpost and sell as a complete bike?

i would guess it would sell either way , but try selling frame & forks first then if that goes do the remaining items
