I've just noticed that the total number of members is over 6,000 with over 5,000 active members. I wonder if that makes this the biggest active cycling website in the UK?

How does it compare with those in Germany, Andy?

Oddly enough now that you mention it, I've never looked at them, despite regularly taking German cycling mags. I'll have to have a look now!
Now that's loyalty

The biggest independent multi-discipline cycling forum in the UK

LFGSS has 6000 "active" members compared to our 5200.

We have 2448 unique users who have made a post this year compared to LFGSS' 3419.

BikeRadar trumps everybody, but they cheated by merging so many fora :girl:, plus they are commercial. I'm waiting for the moment when they take the facelifted cyclingnews forum and dump it with the others.

Thanks Helen. I found another (I've already forgotten what it's called) which led me to an event in September which is the Internationaler Bodensee Radmarathon. Three distances are on offer and as it is a circular route, there is a choice of start points. I'm considering giving it a go.
