Is this the right hooligan bike for me?

not sure what a hooligan bike is , but i went to a LBS for some magura brake blocks and http://www.orbea.com/gb-en/bicycles/carpe-h30/ was in the window and N+1 suddenly went ooooooooooooooooooooo

Now then...THAT is one of the few best reasonably priced, well specced HOOLIGAN bikes I have seen in a long while....comes in total stealth black and with MTB gearing option. I lik it. If only I wasn't on medication and unfeasibly old!!!
