Islabikes Luath 700 set up as expedition tourer for small person

My erstwhile partner was 4'10". If you're petite and you're reading this, you probably already know that finding a serious bike that'll fit you is a pain in the neck, shoulders, back, etc etc. We looked long and hard until we found this Luath 700 and set it up as an expedition tourer for her.

She used it a LOT to get to work and back, shopping etc, and for touring in various parts of the world.

Now she's no longer with us, it's time it was moved on to some other small person who'll make good use of it.

It's on Ebay now, as an auction starting at £150 and ending on Sunday 13th June, and automatically relisting if it doesn't sell.

Ah, now that's nice...

Too much overlap with my Wiggins Chartres 26 (also set up as a tourer / utility bike), or else I'd be seriously tempted.

N.B. I'm 4ft 11, and I know *exactly* how much of a pain it is to find a good bike that fits.

She's a beauty and if my joints were able to get up and over it, at a smidge under 4ft 11", I'd bite your hand off to get it!

I'm 5'1 and struggled to find a tourer...I can only imagine how hard it is for even shorter ladies. What a lovely bike.
