Sadly this has been the case for me for the last 18 years. I trim my beard twice between haircuts and still it applies.

I asked my barber for a grey cape rather than black so I could see if there were any black hairs left.

I got talked into the beard by my better half , and if my hair gets thinner it's gonna have to go. Either that or it'll look like my head is on upside down!
