Did the article say "failed to trace him"??? I would doubt he goes around ALL the time as a clown. Perhaps he takes it all off once in a while and thats why they cant find him.

Ironically, the original Coco (Nicolai Poliakovs, 1900-1974) was a passionate campaigner for road safety for children, work for which he received an OBE. So it wasn't him I reckon .
