Unless you are racing every week, don't bother. I only shaved when racing, and didn't bother off season. Royal pain in the ass. Oh and don't shave to far beyond the shorts line on the thigh.

got to agree - it's all pretty pointless otherwise...
...providing the only reason you're doing it is for cycling or cycling related aesthetics rather than any other private enjoyment

Having what's been described as "a fine pair of kilt wearing legs", I just don't get this. I got enough grief from the missus when I shaved my beard off for Movember last year... I just don't look right unless I'm hairy, apparently.

I have no opinion on other men's legs. Shaving, if you choose to do it, is a practical issue, not an aesthetic one.
