Similar story here with ChainReaction, for some new brake hoods. They arrived in their Campag box, still sealed, but two left ones ie Campag's fault. I reckon people on assembly lines get bored and do this just to p1ss someone off - the tales I used to hear about what people put in bread dough on a night shift would make your spokes curl.
