Which I should have checked before blowing £7.50 on a Lucky Fifteen at Ascot today. I went through the racecard for 2015 on the Sporting Life website to pick my selections. I didn't realise till after the second race, just thought I'd had a couple of non runners

Don't give them the stake......they probably have more money than you, you won't be the first or the last to make that mistake.

Edit, Don't say anything...Just give them the ticket back as you place another bet, they'll just run it through the till then return the stake.

Is that a thing? Take your money back. Your dignity is not at stake here. If there is money at stake, the companies will have engineered it to make it embarrassing to take it back.
