We had the union rep around thursday to tell us that the company is looking to screw us over as much as they can .
We can vote for redundancies, more lay off time every month or try and play the 3 month lay off card and see if they jump as our suppliers would go out of business if we closed for 3 months.
if we did that at least we would be able to claim benefits and mortgage relief .
