It's my cycle commute-aversary today!

22/10/14 marked the start of my mission to cycle commute full time, so I've been doing it a Year today!
In that Year, I had to miss 5 days of cycling. 4 days recently due to a chest infection (so I wimped out and took the car) and another day last Summer where I had to tow a friends boat on the way to work.

I haven't really saved any money because, obviously, I "had" to buy a new bike for commuting duties but still, I'm quite proud of it!

My anniversary would be somewhere about April, I remember getting my current job and deciding I could commute to it (which I have done 99% of the time though I also get a lift part way).

Sadly I have changed jobs and my train plus cycle has become a car trip. The train plus cycle option turns the journey from 45 mins to 1h30 or more. It is 40 miles each way so not realistic for a full bike commute but may do it in the Spring once in a while, or at least part way
