It's Pancake Day today..

Just got in from w*rk, set the alarm for 07:00 to get out for a ride, then it's

PANCAKE TIME

Got the daughter and granddaughter calling in at midday to help me eat quite a few....
With sugar and lemon juice liberally sprinkled and squirted on them, naturally





Then, sadly, I'm off to w*rk again

I've seen 'pancake mix' that states just add milk and an egg...................so it's basically a packet of flour with a pinch of salt.

I never put sugar in my pancake batter, I figure that cos I'm putting a teaspoon of it and lemon juice onto em that it doesn't need it in the mix.
What do you use, soya milk?

Almond milk or soya depending on what is around. I put a tbsp of sugar in per ½pt of milk and use less at the table!
