I went for a nap after having a broken night's sleep. I then woke from a bad dream in which a ferocious cat was attacking me and I only had a cushion to protect myself with. Dangerpus liaisons....:wacko:

Quite dreadful
You would have thought that Elon Musk's finest software engineers would have remembered to include an alarm clock on the touch screen.
 
I think it is perfectly safe. Oops that should have read one day it will be perfectly safe
Being defined as accident rate fall below average.
In this case the vehicle should have simply not gone over the maximum speed limit on autopilot. Obviously hardly a major software modification.
