wimps. I soak my clothes in water and place them in the freezer overnight. Then I sleep (well, lie awake) in an ice bath, before cycling to work in my slightly defrosted clothes. I go extra slow so as not to warm up. The I make a big show in the office of how warm it is in there......

Gloves are bad for me - Downhill I need them but on the flat and Uphill I'll take them off. I remember last year on a flatish fast bit mastering putting my gloves on at 20mph

How were you able to measure how quickly you could put your gloves on? :bicycle:

Currently in DHB longs and short sleeve top, with thin flourescent jacket on top for my commute.

Biggest concern for me on the Winter commute is going to be my feet, I need some overshoes I reckon, any recommendations of ones that will last longer than two minutes, are waterproof and have good fastening's (read velcro).
