Webber one touch, got it down to a fine art, half a chimney of unlit coals and half a chimney of lit on to of the unlit ones, open the top and bottom vents a few mm , a drip tray of water under the meat and you should be good for 5/6 hours depending on the quality of coal you may need half adozen or so coals 3/4 hours in to bring the temp back up.What sort of Barbie do you do that on? Conventional? i have a Weber Bullet and it is fantastic for low and slow!
