What sort of Barbie do you do that on? Conventional? i have a Weber Bullet and it is fantastic for low and slow!
Webber one touch, got it down to a fine art, half a chimney of unlit coals and half a chimney of lit on to of the unlit ones, open the top and bottom vents a few mm , a drip tray of water under the meat and you should be good for 5/6 hours depending on the quality of coal you may need half adozen or so coals 3/4 hours in to bring the temp back up.

All sounds a bit technical. I just do stuff for a minute or three on each side, then put the lid on.
Cooked after 10 mins, but still fine up to half an hour later.
Lamb chops and burgers nomnomnom.

We used to have neighbours who every year used to have a thing about being the first to. BBQ

So one year we got very drunk onNew Year's Eve and flashed it up to coincide with Big Ben

.o culinary delights, just the available contents of the freezer
