I have a 25Km each way commute and it's been a bit hot lately but last evening the temp was 37 Deg. C with high humidity. By the time I got home I was feeling really washed out and it made me realise just how bad the conditions must be when the pro's are racing up mountains in this type of weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
