There i was watching this programme http://www.channel5.com/shows/the-nightmare-neighbour-next-door/episodes/episode-1-627 when i saw myself! No i'm not a neighbour from hell,i'm the cyclist in an orange jacket about three quarters into the programme. I remember the day some family and their dogs turned up along with a few blokes with cameras and microphones. I was doing laps around my local park passing them many times, when some bloke filmed me as i was passing. I'm only on for about 5 seconds by the way.

Damn! 5 minutes of adverts then it doesn't show it!! You'll just have to take my word for it,but if you want to watch the programme i believe it's repeated on Saturday morning.
