I am going to suggest that my behaviour shortly after the accident was representative of many of the forum members... I was sat in the ambulance and looked out to see the PC walking off with my bike and worrying that it was being looked after! It was taken to the local police station (which only opens five days a week, so I have to wait 'til tomorrow to see the damage)

Its a sign of how much we enjoy our cycling, like when we have a clipless fall and make sure we hit the deck before the bike .....
