It's now got black mudguards so somebody is up to something dodgy, even if it's just misrepresenting what their bike looks like.

They must have - I don't know anything about standard disclaimers and I don't have any objections to anybody using my photos, so long as it's not for something dodgy. I don't think a standard disclaimer would be any good then anyway.
