This morning going along a country lane in the mist I saw a lonely rear light (Blackburn I think - near Latteridge), blinking in the gloom. I didn't see any cyclists for the next couple of miles. I was trying to decide how far I would go back looking for a light on such a gloomy day. I hope they had on two!

just buy another pair....simples
I can't afford to
I've bought a pair of running gloves which are keeping the edge off, and obviously useful for running in.
I bought pearl izumu lightweight gloves in the summer -£20 - loved, loved , loved them - but the seams split:sad:

Evans are selling off the specialised womens gloves for £7.99 at the moment (as were the specialized store in chester a few weeks ago) previous years models... I quite like them...

You know what will happen as soon as you do dont you
has yet to work on my trip meter which went into a safe place last Friday and has not been seen since. Did the same with one of my climbing fleeces (not cheap fleece either). ended up on a mountaineering holiday without a fleece/coat and ended up having to buy a new one - to save time I purchased an identical jacket... took me 6 months to find the old one - that's the problem with prefering dark colours. A black jacket between 2 containers, in a poorly lit, dark hallway just did not show up at all - only found it because I wanted to get at a certain corner after spilling some bird food and needing to clean it up to reduce the mouse issues! now to repeat that with my trip meter....

I've got them! I've got a carrier bag full of odd socks!
you need to join the identical sock clan - I am a member, only I do have to check left from right because all my socks have a left & right despite being identical!

no need to apologise, other times I would just replace them but Feb is an expensive month for me with three children having birthdays!

I lost a red Rohan fleece hat a couple of years ago, I'd had it for about 10 years, and really missed it. It was part of a set with gloves and scarf my sister bought me for Christmas.

This year, NT bought me a replacement - not exact, because they don't do it anymore, but a Thinsulate one that matches. That's my new favourite hat.

The gloves of that set are definitely lucky gloves - so many times I've thought I'd lost one, then it turns up. I hope yours turn up Sandra.

i have a rohan red fleece hat, for a price..........
