I've lost my new (to me) Brooks B17....

My friend went down to Brick Lane market a couple of weeks ago and bought me back a black Brooks saddle for £20, hardly used at all. I put it down somewhere and now can't find it.

Does anybody here know where it is or have any ideas about where I might have put it?

yep - we used to get Christmas and birthday presents at all times of year off my Grannie because of her 'safe places'. She could never find things when the time came, so would end up buying something else, then she would give you the present when she found it again because she knew if she tried to save it until the next time around.... and so on.

I did however find the hand fork I lost at my mothers whilst gardening 3 weeks ago, found it yesterday afternoon at the base of one of her trees. Didn't see a brooks saddle there but when did you lose yours?

Just be thankful you can't find it.

I've used a Books before and found it comfy. That was one of the sprung sort and I got this one to see if the unsprung sort were also comfy. The sprung sort just wouldn't suit my racer.
