This was a famous saying of one Magnus on Mastermind.Well i have decided to buy a set of Likely Lads dvds for another xmas present.I was watching telly this morning and an episode was on.It brought back memories.
But i have noticed and i may not be the only one.That it's my second dvd purchase inside a week.I have noticed i go in waves of buying more than one item of something i fancy.Like this summer three jerseys,few weeks back two pair of shoes two pair of jeans.i used to buy a full set of cd's of an artist.They were cheap from a second hand shop.That was Dire Straits.Last xmas i bought two christmas albums.
Last week i went to Sainsburys for some tommy sauce paste,i bought two tubes,the wife asked why.I had no idea.
Maybe i have a compulsion problem.Who knows.
Anyway no more dvds this week.Anyone else notice they buy more than one item.

i'll go into buy some beer, say a four pack of beera maretti, then i'll notice the brahma. before i know it, my weekend just got better

I always buy my tomato purree two tubes at a time - it's a mainstay of my pasta sauce, and I hate to run out.

Same with pesto, whenever it's on offer.

I always have at least a couple of spares. If the supermarkets and shops closed, I could live out of Levy Towers' pantry stock for at least a fortnight.
