I think it was C4 who did a documentary on him. He used to do base jumping off iconic buildings and there should be the footage of security staff and members of the public holding on to him after he climbed over the railings on top of the empire state building. Cant remember it fully but he had a rough upbringing and this was his escape!! I'm also sure he is on some commercial i've recently seen.
