That documentary about him, last year?, was excellent. Anyway I got 6/10 on the quiz. Guy's a genius with a great brummy accent.

I'm going to see Roy Wood's Christmas Extravaganza. Far more enjoyable than an ELO concert.

I didn't like ELO back in the day, I was just getting into music, and the stuff I wanted to hear was the stuff the papers loved to get agitated about.
However, tonight, my foot was tapping.

I go to gigs now where people in their 50s, 60 and 70s are bopping away clapping their hands above their heads to musicians of the same vintage producing well crafted new songs.

This 'Hope I die before I get old' bollox seems a bit silly now, there's no reason why you can't mosh in your 60s.

60 is not old, unless you let it be.
