Hmm think our Pup has been a bit to inquisitive. Licked a jellyfish down the beach. Within 2 minutes , sick . She’s not happy lying here. Google suggest symptoms should subside. Out of hrs vet reckons she will be a bit nauseous and to monitor. Not much they can do so we will keep her here for now. Worse than bairns ……
 
Vinegar will deactivate unfired venom cells. Water will make them fire off more venom.v Dont wash with water.
Heat will deactivate the venom.
Peeing on the sting has no effect but it is good for a laugh.

Depends on what kind of jellyfish. The white ones seem to be no problem but the red ones give a nasty sting. Always avoided them when diving or swimming but others have been caught out.
Sorry no help with what to do tho'.

And I thought you were going to say you have a pet jellyfish.
Having just spotted this thread,that's what i thought.:smile: Imagine kissing (like we do with our cats and dogs:whistle:) a jellyfish! xx(
