Jeremy Vine today....could be good

I am being harassed daily by ScottishPower to let them put one in.

I figure that if people aren’t screaming about how wonderful they are, they can’t be worthwhile.

If they think a smart meter is going to tell my wife to turn anything off, ever, they’ve got another thing coming.

Plus they’ll use it to monitor you’re activity and sell the information to their own subsidiaries for evil purposes.

If they were going to be of any use to the customer, i.e. by saving us money, then the power companies wouldn't be pushing them.
Which makes me think that smart meters are only going to benefit the robbing gits who are already fleecing us blind.
