Having been turned to the delights of jerk seasoning by SWMBO a number of years ago, I don't think I can live without having a jar in the house for use. Who else uses it?

Sorry, it's just because I've just read the roasting parsnips thread and I don't want to butt in and go off topic but a little jerk seasoning on the parsnips while roasing gives a wonderful flavour!

Yes, discovered this too and it's grown on me. Watch out though and dont use it like ketchup. Sparingly is good!

There seems to be alot of carribean foods and styles that most people overlook. Such a shame there isn't room for more carribean restraunts out there to give another option to the Indian/Chinese/Pizza debate on Sturday nights.

Would make a refreshing change to the tired fare we have to put up with at the moment.
