Sorry, I've only just remembered to reply to this ... I asked the shop guys to turn off the custom ordering as it made one-time orders of jerseys and other kit very expensive.

Instead I'll be doing a forum-wide order in the new year so we can take advantage of the cheaper bulk price bands.
