Hi all. It's great to be in a new chat. I've joined as I've seen a few messages about the Jll IC300 spin bike which I purchased just 3 months ago. I use it twice weekly and this week noticed a loud clanking noise appearing to come from within the flywheel, sounds almost like a piece of metal hitting another piece, this doesn't happen when pedaling backwards though. Any ideas what it is and more important how to fix it please?
