England : Cheshire Jodrell Bank classic Mar 10th - lift!

Anyone doing this on Sunday and going anywhere near Nantwich en route??

Booked on the 80 miler but my cycle buddy and lift has broken his hand so I'm on the scrounge (don't have a car and train arrives too late)


Cycling for Crewe, Nantwich and District RSPCA in 2013 - 1000 sportive miles, LEJOG, Cheshire Triathlon etc...

How did it go ?

A clubmate rode it and wasn't too impressed - lack of signage and crap food.

I saw one of the rest stops while out riding, a van parked at he side of the road. An awning would have been nice given that the snow was horizontal at the time

It was organised by Torelli, which I've not heard good things about.

Didn't do it - couldn't get a lift. Was going to try and do the Mancheser-Chester-Manchester one instead to keep my sportive miles on track.

I saw a few people out and about near Bollington on Sunday morning with numbers on their bikes while I was out with a few club mates, guessed it was part of some sportive, I guess this was the one?
